Due to the pending appeal, the construction project is completely blocked until further notice and the time of a continuation remains uncertain. Therefore, we have decided to deploy our team for other projects and to take the official legal route.
We did not take this decision lightly, but in the negotiations with the other party it became clear that the legal process could be exhausted to the last. And we want to create a clear basis for all parties involved.
Nevertheless, we would like to stick to the Arlis project. We are convinced that the decision of the Appeals Commission will also be in our favour. We will inform you as soon as the project is resumed.
